HEADLONG INTO THE CLASH
Luftwaffe fighters of JG300 and JG301 charge into a close formation of B-17s from the 390th Bomb Group heading for Magdeburg in northern Germany, during the huge allied offensive, 14 January 1945. Flt Lt Joe Peterburs along with other P-51s from the 20th Fighter Group, dives in to engage the enemy as the Bf109G of Lt Bruno Klostermann screams past in an attempt to penetrate the bomber formation.
During the many aerial encounters that day, the Luftwaffe sent up a force of some 200 fighters
but after a crushing defeat, suffered such heavy losses that they would never
challenge the Eighth Air Force in strength again.
This breath-taking edition, signed by iconic Luftwaffe and US Fighter Pilots, will undoubtedly rank as one of the pinnacles in Robert Taylor's long and distinguished career.

DEVOTION TO DUTY
A Lancaster from 61 Sqn, heavily damaged by German night-fighter attacks, heads to Dusseldorf during a bombing mission on the night of 3 November 1943. Although badly wounded, pilot Bill Reid and his crew pressed on to bomb their target before returning home. For his courage and devotion to duty Reid was awarded the Victoria Cross.

FOR FREEDOM
With gear down, the Lancasters are on final approach to their Lincolnshire airfield after yet another perilous night-time mission over northern France during the summer of 1944. The bombers' crews are, as ever, exhausted yet thankful to have survived and their spirits are lifted by the sight below. As the morning mist clears an expanse of glorious red poppies joyfully heralds their return, and welcomes another summer's day - and another day of freedom.

THE FINAL SHOW
Once again the world's most collected aviation artist has produced an astounding work that is set to become the defining image of the Hawker Tempest. Some of the greatest pilots of the RAF flew this iconic aircraft and Robert has depicted the final combat of the war for one such pilot - the legendary fighter Ace Pierre Clostermann.
